(A) On or about June 10, 2025, Air India Limited advertised the price of an air service in an advertisement on Facebook without including whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about August 15, 2025, Air India Limited advertised the price of an air service in an advertisement on the website airindia.com without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
