On or about October 10, 2025, Air India Limited failed to provide to the passengers, affected by the delay of flight AI188, scheduled to depart on October 10, 2025, the reason for the delay, the compensation to which they may be entitled to for inconvenience, the standards of treatment for passengers, and the recourse available against the carrier, including their recourse to the Agency, using the available communication method for which he had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
