Air Liaison Inc.

(A) On or about January 28, 2022, Air Liaison Inc. advertised the price of an air service on their Facebook page without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).

(B) On or about January 28, 2022, Air Liaison Inc. advertised the price of an air service on their Instagram page without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
