Alaska Airlines, Inc. and/or Hawaiian Airlines, Inc.
Contravention
(A) On or about July 1, 2024, Alaska Airlines, Inc. and/or Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of a passenger appears, thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.
(B) On or about November 11, 2024, Alaska Airlines, Inc. and/or Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of passengers appears, thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.
(C) On or about July 1, 2025, Alaska Airlines, Inc. and/or Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of a passenger appears, thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.
