American Airlines, Inc.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing American Airlines, Inc. has committed the following 11 violations, did not provide the prescribed compensation requested by the passengers or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the request, thereby contravening subsection 19(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

These violations occurred between February 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025
