(A) On or about July 11, 2023, Arajet, S.A. advertised the price of an air service on the website arajet.com/ca/ without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, expressed in Canadian dollars, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).

(B) On or about July 11, 2023, Arajet, S.A. advertised the price of an air service on the website arajet.com/ca/ without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
