Atleo River Air Service Ltd.

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on August 2, 2018 by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Atleo River Air Service Ltd. is in contravention of subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act by imposing fares not set out in a published and effective tariff.
