Bermudair Limited

(A) On or about April 2, 2024 Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service on the website https://www.flybermudair.com/en without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, expressed in Canadian dollars, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about April 2, 2024 Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FlyBermudAir without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, expressed in Canadian dollars, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
