(A)On or about December 11 2019, British Airways Plc. Advertised the price of an air service without setting out all third party charges under the heading "Taxes, Fees and Charges" in the booking system found on the web site britishairways.com/en-ca, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $3000
(B)On or about December 11 2019, British Airways Plc. set out Air Transportation Charges under the heading "British Airways fees and carrier charges" in the booking system found on the web site britishairways.com/en-ca, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $750
(C)On or about December 11 2019, British Airways Plc. set out an air transportation charge in the booking system found on the web site britishairways.com/en-ca as if it were a third party charge, thereby contravening section 30 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $3000
