(A) On or about April 27, 2022, Calm Air International LP advertised the price of an air service on the website calmair.com and in an email sent from social@calmair.com without including in the advertisement the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the APPR. $2,500.00

(B) On or about April 27, 2022, Calm Air International LP advertised the price of an air service on the website calmair.com and in an email sent from social@calmair.com without including in the advertisement the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the APPR. $2,500.00
