Contravention
(A) On or About May 23-24, 2023, in the City of Calgary, Alberta, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, contravened subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, as it did not comply with Agency order 66-R-2014, made under subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, which directed it to not conduct any load testing or idling operations related to the LRC (Locomotive Repair Centre) repair and maintenance activities at night (between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) in the Alyth Yard.
(B) On or About May 26, 2023, in the City of Calgary, Alberta, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, contravened subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, as it did not comply with Agency order 66-R-2014, made under subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, which directed it to not conduct any load testing or idling operations related to the LRC (Locomotive Repair Centre) repair and maintenance activities at night (between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) in the Alyth Yard.
(C) On or About November 23, 2023, in the City of Calgary, Alberta, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, contravened subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, as it did not comply with Agency order 66-R-2014, made under subsection 95.3(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, which directed it to not conduct any load testing or idling operations related to the LRC (Locomotive Repair Centre) repair and maintenance activities at night (between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) in the Alyth Yard.
