Cascadia Airways Inc.
Contravention
(A) On or about September 2, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without including in the advertisement the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(B) On or about September 2, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without including in the advertisement the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the APPR.
(C) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without including in the advertisement the total price or range of total prices for an optional incidental service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(e) of the APPR.
(D) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.
(E) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. made reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website cascadiaair.com without setting the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the APPR.
