Chartright Air Inc

(A) On or about November 15, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-FFBE from Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos (MBPV) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(B) On or about November 19, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-FGCV from Hamilton, Bermuda (TXKF) to Toronto, Canada (CYYZ) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(C) On or about November 26, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GWPB from Toronto, Canada (CYYZ) to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (MWCR) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(D) On or about November 26, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GWPB from Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (MWCR) to Toronto, Canada (CYYZ) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.
