(A) On or about February 27, 2025, Delta Air Lines, Inc. failed to provide passenger, affected by the delay of flight DL3897 scheduled on February 27, 2025, the reason for the delay using the available communication method for which he had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
