Contravention
(A) On or about December 30, 2022, Elite Air, Inc. operated an air service using a Gulfstream V type aircraft bearing registration N529RE from Orlando, Florida USA (MCO) to Toronto, Ontario CA (YYZ), without holding a Canadian aviation document thereby contravening secion57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(B) On or about December 31, 2022, Elite Air, Inc. operated an air service using a Gulfstream V type aircraft bearing registration N529RE from Toronto, Ontario CA (YYZ) to Orlando, Florida USA (MCO), without holding a Canadian aviation document thereby contravening subsection 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(C) On or about January 7, 2023, Elite Air, Inc. operated an air service using a Gulfstream V type aircraft bearing registration N529RE from Orlando, Florida USA (MCO) to Toronto, Ontario CA (YYZ), without holding a Canadian aviation document thereby contravening subsection 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act.
