Etihad Airways P.J.S.C.

(A) On or about October 24, 2024 Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. did not set out an air transportation charge (‘’Fuel surcharge’’) under the heading ‘’Air Transportation Charges’’ in the booking system found on the website https://www.etihad.com/en-ca/, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about October 24, 2024 Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. provided information in an advertisement in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for optional incidental services by listing the cost of Optional priority access, oversized baggage fees, children travelling alone, Wi-Fi package in American currency on the website https://www.etihad.com/en-ca/, thereby contravening subsection 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
