Executive Jet Management, Inc

(A) On or about April 20, 2022, Executive Jet Management, Inc., a non-Canadian air carrier, operated a non-scheduled international service pursuant to paragraph 5(3)(b) of the Air Transportation Regulations (ATR) using an aircraft bearing registration N881FS from West Palm Beach, Florida, USA (PBI) to Montreal, Canada (YUL) without first filing with the Agency, in respect of the service to be provided or being provided, a valid certificate of insurance in the prescribed form set out in Schedule I of the ATR, thereby contravening subsection 8(1) of the ATR.
