Flair Airlines Ltd.

(1) On or about September 21, 2023, at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport (YWG), Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to assist a passenger with a disability, who travelled on Flair Airlines Ltd. flight F8856 and had requested assistance in proceeding to the general public area, thereby contravening paragraph 147(1)(i) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
