Flair Airlines Ltd.

On or about January 3, 2025, at Vancouver International Airport, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to provide assistance services, on the request of a person with a disability and without delay, to assist the person in proceeding to the boarding area after check-in for flight F8856, thereby contravening paragraph 35(d) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
