Contravention
1) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the designated enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing G C Aviation, Inc. has committed the 7 violations of operating air services using HondaJet type aircraft between various points in Canada and various points in the United States, without holding a valid Canadian aviation document thereby contravening subsection 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act.
The contraventions occurred between February 19, 2023 to May 24, 2023
2) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the designated enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing G C Aviation, Inc. has committed 15 violations of operating air services between various points in Canada and various points in the United States without holding a valid licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening subsection 57(a) of the CTA.
The contraventions occurred between June 21, 2023 and October 11, 2023
