Warning for violation of paragraph 67(1)(a) and subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act and section 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on February 28, 2019, by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Helijet International Inc. is in contravention of paragraph 67(1)(a) and subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act and section 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
