Results of recent periodic facility inspection conducted on December 10, 2018, by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that the JA Douglas McCurdy Sydney Airport is in contravention of sections 8 and 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
