KMR Aviation, Inc.

(1) On or about October 7, 2023, KMR Aviation, Inc. operated an air service using a Bombardier Challenger 604 type aircraft bearing registration N1VR from San Jose, California, USA (SJC) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening subsection 57(a) of the CTA.

(2) On or about October 9, 2023, KMR Aviation, Inc. operated an air service using a Bombardier Challenger 604 type aircraft bearing registration N1VR from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) to Seattle, Washington, USA (BFI) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening subsection 57(a) of the CTA.
