Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance
Contravention
(A) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance has committed 8 violations, operated an air service using a Learjet 60 type aircraft bearing registration XA-CST, departing from and arriving at different locations without holding a Canadian aviation document thereby contravening paragraph 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act.
These violations occurred between January 10, 2024 and February 22, 2024.
(B) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance has committed 13 violations, operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration XA-CST, departing from and arriving at different locations, which was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its license is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
These violations occurred between January 10, 2024 and February 22, 2024.
