Pakistan International Airlines
Contravention
(A) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation advertised the price of an air service on their mobile application without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.
(B) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation provided information in an advertisement on the website www.piac.com.pk in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for optional incidental services, thereby contravening section 29 of the APPR.
(C) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation referred to a third party charge in an advertisement on their mobile application by a name other than the name under which it was established, thereby contravening section 31 of the APPR.
