(A) On or about March 16, 2026, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation referred to a third-party charge in an advertisement on their website www.piac.com.pk by a name other than the name under which it was established, thereby contravening section 31 of the APPR.

(B) On or about March 16, 2026, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation referred to a third-party charge in an advertisement on their mobile application by a name other than the name under which it was established, thereby contravening section 31 of the APPR.
