Contravention
(A) On or about January 23, 2023, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited advertised the price of an air service on their Facebook page without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(B) On or about January 23, 2023, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited advertised the price of an air service on their Instagram page without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(C) On or about January 23, 2023, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited advertised the price of an air service on their Twitter page without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(D) On or about January 23, 2023, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited advertised the price of an air service on their Twitter page without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service and whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
