Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), a Designated Enforcement Officer has issued a notice of violation believing Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited has committed the 10 violations, where they did not provide passengers with the minimum compensation referred to in subsection 19(1) or 19(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the passenger's request, thereby contravening subsection 19(4) of those regulations.

These contraventions occurred between August 21, 2023 and November 30, 2023.
