On or about February 11, 2025, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited advertised the price of an air service in an advertisement on Instagram without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service and whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
