RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S.
Contravention
(1) On or about August 04, 2019, RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S. operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration TC-RSB from Keflavik, Iceland (BIFK) to Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) without holding a licence thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(2)On or about October 08, 2019, RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S. operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration TC-RSB from Keflavik, Iceland (BIFK) to Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) via Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and Winnipeg, Manitoba (CYWG) without holding a licence thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(3) On or about October 11, 2019, RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S. operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration TC-RSB from Sydney, Nova Scotia (CYQY) to Keflavik, Iceland (BIFK) via Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) without holding a licence thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(4) On or about October 16, 2019, RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S. operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration TC-RSD from Anchorage, Alaska (PANC) to Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) without holding a licence thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
