Regina Airport Authority

(A) On or about February 25, 2020, the Regina Airport Authority failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors who are required by the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations to receive training completed their initial training within 60 days after the commencement of their duties thereby violating section 8 of these regulations.

(B)On or about February 25, 2020, the Regina Airport Authority failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors received periodic refresher training sessions appropriate to the requirements of their function, thereby violating section 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
