(A) On or about October 29, 2019, Société Air France, carrying on business as Air France, made reference to an air transportation charge in the booking system found on the web site airfrance.ca/en and did not set out the charge under the heading “Air Transportation Charge”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Air Passenger Protection Regulations. .

Administrative Monetary Penalty: $600

(B) On or about October 29, 2019, Société Air France, carrying on business as Air France, set out an air transportation charge in the booking system found on the web site airfrance.ca/en as if it were a third party charge, thereby contravening section 30 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. .
