Superior Transportation Associates, Inc.

Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer, Ontario Region, of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that Superior Transportation Associates, Inc. has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act  in that it operated a 5^th/7^th freedom flight in Canada without authorization by the Agency. Superior Transportation Associates, Inc. did not request authority from the Agency prior to operating a 5^th/7^th freedom flight between Samana, Dominican Republic and Toronto, Ontario, Canada on February 17, 2018. Thereby, Superior Transportation Associates, Inc. did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled licence no. 050135; specifically with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement dated March 12, 2007.
