Swoop Inc

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Swoop Inc. has 61 violations of not providing the prescribed compensation requested by a passenger or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the request, contrary to 19(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, SOR/2019-150 (APPR).

These contraventions occurred between May 10, 2022 and September 7, 2022.
