Tofino Air Lines Ltd.

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on August 2, 2018 by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Tofino Air Lines Ltd. is in contravention of subsection 67(3) and paragraph 67(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
