Contravention
(A) On or about October 11, 2023, at Dublin Airport, WestJet failed to permit a person with a disability to board in advance of other passengers, on flight WS5, when the person had requested assistance with boarding, locating their passenger seat or cabin, transferring between a mobility aid and their passenger seat or storing carry-on baggage, thereby contravening paragraph 34(1)(a) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
(B) On or about November 18, 2023, at San Cabos Airport, WestJet failed to permit a person with a disability to board in advance of other passengers, on flight WS2179, when the person had requested assistance with boarding, locating their passenger seat or cabin, transferring between a mobility aid and their passenger seat or storing carry-on baggage, thereby contravening paragraph 34(1)(a) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
