WestJet

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing WestJet has committed the following 20 violations, failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of passengers appears thereby contravening that subsection.

These violations occurred between September 17, 2024, and March 8, 2025.
