(A) On or about July 7, 2022, at or near Kelowna International Airport (CYLW), WestJet failed to provide the passengers, by means of an audible announcement, the reason for the delay for flight number WS3323, thereby contravening subsection 13(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
