Contravention
On or about November 30, 2022, in a terminal of Edmonton International Airport, the software components of its automated self-service kiosks available for public use, that are owned, operated or controlled by WestJet, failed to meet the requirements set out in clauses 4 and 6 of the National Standard of Canada CAN/CSA-B651.2-07 (R2017), thereby contravening subsection 11(1) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR).
