Winnipeg Airport Authority

(1) On or about March 03, 2023, the Winnipeg Airports Authority failed to ensure that members of personnel who have received training required by Part 1 of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR) also received, at least once every three years, refresher training that is suitable for the requirements of their functions, thereby contravening section 21 of the ATPDR.
