Filing deadlines for an adjudicated dispute

When do I have to file?

You should file any forms or documents according to the deadlines set out below, unless another time period is specified by the Agency.

Reminder: your form and any supporting documents must be sent to the Agency and copied to all other parties before 5:00 p.m. Gatineau local time on the same day.

Requests

Written questions or document request

Refer to sections 24 and 32 of the Dispute Adjudication Rules for more information.

For written questions, any time before the close of pleadings.

For document production, within 5 business days after the day on which you become aware of the document or before the close of pleadings, whichever is earlier.

Request for confidentiality

Filing of submissions
