In 2024-25, the following Parliamentary Committee reports required a response:

TRAN Report 21: Towards Accessible Air Transportation in Canada
Summary: On December 13, 2024, the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure, and Communities issued its 21st report, “Towards Accessible Air Transportation in Canada.” Eight of the 23 recommendations in the report were for the Agency. The Government did not publish a response at the time because of prorogation.
Response to audits conducted by the Office of the Auditor General of Canada (including audits conducted by the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development)

The Agency is on track to successfully implement all the recommendations of the Auditor General and will provide final reports to the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee in 2025.
