Decision No. 19-A-2012
APPLICATION by Aero Academy Inc. to continue the suspension of Licence Nos. 962166 and 967016.
In its Decision No. 517-A-2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic and non-scheduled international licences of Aero Academy Inc. (Licensee).
In response to the Decision, the Licensee has requested that the licences remain suspended and not be cancelled.
Having considered the application, the Agency orders that the licences remain suspended.
To reinstate the licences, the Licensee is provided with one year to file an application. If, at that time, the Agency concludes that the Licensee meets all the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Agency will reinstate the licences.
If within one year the application for reinstatement is not filed or the Licensee does not meet any of the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Licensee is provided with an additional 30 days following the expiry of one year to show cause why the licences should not be cancelled.
