IN THE MATTER OF Order No. R-18853 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated June 21, 1974, approving the location of additional facilities at Gulf Oil Canada Limited's flammable liquid bulk storage and transfer facilities in Arborg, in the Province of Manitoba, near mileage 74.3 Arborg Subdivision of Canadian Pacific Limited; and

IN THE MATTER OF Order No. R-36869 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated July 4, 1984, authorizing Gulf Canada Limited to modify the installation for the bulk storage of flammable liquids in the Village of Arborg, in the Province of Manitoba, near mileage 74.3 Arborg Subdivision of Canadian Pacific Limited.
