IN THE MATTER OF Order No. 87318 of the Board of Transport Commissioners for Canada, dated November 3, 1955, approving a plan submitted to Canadian Pacific Limited by Imperial Oil Limited showing the proposed location of pumping facilities and one (1) additional 12,500 gallon capacity vertical storage tank at Winkler, in the Province of Manitoba;

IN THE MATTER OF Order No. 92754 of the Board of Transport Commissioners for Canada, dated October 23, 1957, approving the proposed location of Imperial Oil Limited's additional facilities for the handling and storage of flammable liquids at Winkler, in the Province of Manitoba, near the tracks of Canadian Pacific Limited;

IN THE MATTER OF Order No. 121848 of the Board of Transport Commissioners for Canada, dated August 29, 1966, approving the location of Imperial Oil Limited's proposed flammable liquid bulk storage and transfer facilities at Winkler, in the Province of Manitoba, near mileage 71.92 LaRiviere Subdivision of Canadian Pacific Limited; and

IN THE MATTER OF Order No. R-11575 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated April 28, 1971, approving the location of Imperial Oil Limited's proposed additional flammable liquid bulk storage and transfer facilities at Winkler, in the Province of Manitoba, near mileage 71.81 La Rivière Subdivision of Canadian Pacific Limited.
