WHEREAS under Licence No. 880215, Air Algoma Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service;

AND WHEREAS by Order No. 1989-A-337 dated October 31, 1989, Licence No. 880215 was suspended and the Licensee was required to show cause within 30 days from the date of the Order why the said licence should not have been cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(a) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.) (hereinafter the NTA, 1987);

AND WHEREAS by letter dated November 27, 1989, the Licensee has requested that Licence No. 880215 be cancelled;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 880215.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Licence No. 880215 is hereby cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(a) of the NTA, 1987.
