IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-37452 dated November 14, 1984, which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 114.3 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subway carrying Victoria Street under the tracks of the Canadian National Railway Company, at mileage 70.20 St.Hyacinthe Subdivision, in the City of St-Lambert, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing No. SC-84-174 dated May 28, 1984 on file with the National Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency); and

IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-37793 dated February 21, 1985 which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 168.5 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subway carrying First Street under the track of Canadian Pacific Limited, at mileage 19.5 Adirondack Subdivision, in the Town of Iberville, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing No. SC-84-74 dated August 22, 1984 on file with the Agency; and

IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-38299 dated July 5, 1985 which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 114.3 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subway carrying Oka Road, under the track of the Canadian National Railway Company, at mileage 10.12 Montfort Subdivision, in the City of Deux-Montagnes, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing No. ND-85-53, revised March 31, 1985 on file with the Agency; and

IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-38722 dated November 25, 1985 which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 114.3 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subways carrying Ste-Anne Street under the tracks of the Canadian National Railway Company, at mileage 21.26 Kingston Subdivision and the tracks of Canadian Pacific Limited, at mileage 16.0 Vaudreuil Subdivision, in the Town of Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing Nos. NC-85-114 and NC-85-115 both revised August 22, 1985 on file with the Agency; and

IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-39868 dated October 9, 1986 which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 168.3 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subway carrying Wellington Street, under the track of the Canadian National Railway Company, at mileage 1.76 Montreal Subdivision, in the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing No. CC-86-0204 dated January 14, 1986 on file with the Agency; and

IN THE MATTER OF Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-39869 dated October 9, 1986 which authorized Gaz Métropolitain to construct a 114.3 mm diameter gas pipeline across and under the subway carrying Wellington Street, under the track of the Canadian National Railway Company, at mileage 1.66 Butler Spur off mileage 72.1 St. Hyacinthe Subdivision, in the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, as shown on Drawing No. CC-86-0205 dated January 13, 1986 on file with the Agency.
