IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 962309 imposed by Order No. 2005-A-690 dated Decmber 22, 2005 - Tyax Air Service Ltd.

Under Licence No. 962309, Tyax Air Service Ltd. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
By Order No. 2005-A-690 dated December 22, 2005, Licence No. 962309 was suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to hold a valid Canadian aviation document. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 962309 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the CTA.
The Licensee now holds a valid Canadian aviation document. The Canadian Transportation Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 61(a)(ii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 962309 imposed by Order No. 2005-A-690 dated December 22, 2005 is no longer in effect.
