Pursuant to Licence No. 070082, JetDream Charter, LLC (the Licensee) is authorized to operate charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America signed on March 12, 2007.

By Order No. 2008-A-502 dated November 17, 2008, Licence No. 070082 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to hold a valid Canadian aviation document. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 070082 should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the CTA.

In response to the Order, the Licensee has requested the cancellation of its licence.

Pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the CTA, the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) may suspend or cancel a non-scheduled international licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee for the suspension or cancellation.

The Agency has considered the matter and, pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels Licence No. 070082.
