Order No. 2009-A-337
The suspension is no longer in effect by Decision No. 130-A-2010
July 14, 2009
APPLICATION by OK Hélicoptère Inc. to continue the suspension of Licence No. 080024.
File No. M4210/O118-1
In its Order No. 2009-A-265 dated June 3, 2009, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic licence of OK Hélicoptère Inc. (Licensee). The Agency took this action because the Licensee did not hold a valid Canadian aviation document. The Licensee was provided with 30 days to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
In response to the Order, the Licensee has requested that the licence remain suspended and not be cancelled.
Having considered the application, the Agency orders that the licence remain suspended.
To reinstate the licence, the Licensee is provided with one year to file an application. If, at that time, the Agency concludes that the Licensee meets the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Agency will reinstate the licence.
If within one year the application for reinstatement is not filed or the Licensee does not meet any of the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Licensee is provided with an additional 30 days following the expiry of one year to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
